If it exceeds 134 characters, up to 201 characters, it counts as three messages and costs three points, and so on. Each additional 67 characters counts as a new message. For English messages, 160 characters count as one message with one point, and if it exceeds that length, 153 characters count as one message, and so on. This applies to all local networks and ported numbers.

After ensuring you have sufficient balance in your account, you should know that sending advertising messages is subject to government regulations. Key regulations include: Prohibiting the sending of messages from 9 PM to 9 AM the next day. If your campaign is sent during these times, it will be sent after the prohibited period. The recipient may have blocked advertising messages from sender names ending with AD. The recipient's device may be turned off, the number may be out of service (disconnected), or out of coverage. To investigate undelivered messages, provide us with a sample of the numbers sent to, along with the date, time, and content of the message, so we can check the message status at support@msegat.com.
You can view the report of sent messages from the 'Message Reports' section by selecting the 'Outgoing Messages Log' for the last two days. You can also generate reports for any period from the 'Message Archive' option.

The invoice is issued based on the payment for the package you paid for. The invoice is automatically sent to your email address registered in your account. You can also view recharge transactions and download the invoice from the 'Recharge Management' section in the sidebar.
